OAT: Earplugs and memory dump?

Do they provide you with earplugs for the OAT? Can you bring your own?

Also, is there time to do a memory dump beforehand, especially for the physics section? By memory dump, I mean time to write down all of the equations you've memorized.

yes I believe you can bring ear plugs.... (and no they're not provided)

and no.. you won't have time to write down all your equations..
