Observation Hours Accepted Status

I submitted my observation hours request through PTCAS to my physical therapist, but I guess she only has accepted it as the status says "accepted" not "completed". My question is if I submit my application will she still be able to complete it and have it show up to my schools as completed? or will it stay as accepted forever?

Should I just delete it and redo it as unverified? I have two other observation settings but they are both outpatient and this is my only inpatient one.
