Observership in BWH, Boston... Any tips for living?

Hi everybody, i'm attending to an observership programme in hematopathology dep. of Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). It's for 2 months and takes place in May and June 2015.
By the way, i'm a pathology resident in Izmir, Turkey.
So any tips, any connections, any friends can help a lot:

-Finding a room/flat/sublet which is so close to the hospital or Green metro line C,D and which is not soo expensive,
-Colleagues, friends that are looking for a room in the same period like me,
-Life in Boston, hiring/buying a bicycle,
-Where to buy daily stuff, food,

-Or if you live in Boston, it would be great to meet you and perhaps being friends
