OChem: IR & NMR spectroscopy

Hi, as i read people's DAT Breakdown (soooo jealous that they are done already. ), I realize there will be some IR or NMR questions.

I assume that there will be no chart indicating peaks on the exam. So probably have to memorize some of the peaks, huh?

what would be good peaks to know? like C=O, -OH, -NH2, C=C, C(triple-bond)??

It's been foreverrr since I took Ochem. sorry about all the ochem questions I've been posting..

You should know the peak for aromatic rings in both ... aldehydes & carboxylic acids in NMR
