Hello guys,
Does anyone have Ochem notes like the Feralis for BIO??
I still havent took ochem course but I just finished it by myself+Chads, and my DAT will be in 7 weeks. so I'm looking for any notes that cover everything that will be on DAT.

Thank you for your help in advance.

You never took an organic chemistry at all?

Read organic chemistry as a second language. It's a two part book and will cover everything you need. It's a easy read with lots examples and practice questions.

Tyjacob has ochem notes. I have never tried them though, but I downloaded them from Dat genius website
Why don't you give yourself more time until you master orgo even if that requried your postpone your DAT for another week. I mean us, the other people who went through hell in studying orgo, had to do a lot questions online using other resources besides our professors and the textbook exercises. Chad's videos are not enough in your case. , at least watch this tutor
He helped me with orgo alot.

Taking the DAT prior to having taken organic chemistry is a pretty bold move. Not impossible but your preparation and practice would have to be really thorough. Consider postponing your test DAT if the practice scores in that section are low.

Thank you.

DatQvault has 10 tests (some people like that website)
achiever has 3 tests (it's a software you download )
crack the dat has 10 tests I think ( but people say the science there is harder than usual)
kaplan blue book has practice questions after each chapter, rent it from your public library if they have it even if it is an old version
dat gold standard chemistry book has practice questions
I am sure there are other resources

Just took the 2017 DAT and there is a lot of variety in the questions. Definitely recommend waiting till after you take at least organic 1

I took the exam. The hardest part for me was QR and PAT. Some of the sections from PAT were much harder then my practice resources and QR threw me for a loop because I got a lot of question types I'd never seen before.

can you tell us what were your practice resources? For how many months did you prepare?

I started studying late November and studied about 8 hours a day until mid January. Then I stopped because classes started until about mid march then studied about 8 hours a day up until may. So about two and a half months. I first watched all of chads videos however I only recommend the chemistry videos not the qr. Then I did destroyer religiously for chemistries. Probably a total of 4 times. For biology I read AP cliffs about 3 times. Then I did destroyer biology twice and then read Alan's notes twice. If I could do it over again I would read cliffs AP bio twice cover to cover and memorize Alan's notes. Watch videos for concepts you don't understand. For chemistry chads and destroyer is enough. For qr take a practice test review the test and mark what you missed. Then watch a video on the types of problems you missed and google a practice worksheet to get good at those.

Great tips. Thank you so much especially about the qr and chemistry.
I decided to forgo the cliff book. I can't read it. I will, however, read cambell powerpoints, solve the quizzes, do destroyer, and read Feralise and alan notes about them. and Bio videos too.

I noticed that Campbell powerpoint has the same stuff ( so far ) on cliff, but presented in a way I can memorize, then I do the questions online, which are 50 to 70 which solidify the subject.
