10/15 is the first day that MD schools can offer admissions (other than early decision).
It has no relationship to interview offers.

The volume of applicants in the position to cancel lots of interviews after receiving a more highly preferred Acceptance is so low that the effect will be minimal if even present. Remember, the SDN population does not represent the total population. Those who still have any interviews pending past October 15th but have attended enough interviews to potentially hear back on October 15th is likely less than 4 or 5% of applicants, if even that high.
