This is my last week of classes and next week is finals, so it's been pretty stressful, but its so nice to take a break and see more and more people getting in off the waitlist!!

😀 Thanks for all the congratulations, you guys have all been great. I look forward to seeing you guys in the fall, MickeysPet, rustysmom, etc. This has been an unbelievable process with so many ups and downs. Good luck to everybody else waiting to hear.

OSJ - congrats! I think if you want equine, Michigan is such a great school and everyone I've met there seems really happy. in fact, my parents' small animal vet is a recent michigan grad, and she's great!
I know you have tons of stuff to sort through right now, but if I were in your shoes, I'd thank LSU but deposit at Michigan!

Thanks everyone!!! It definitely is Murphy's Law! I can't believe I got into so many schools. I was just hoping I would get into 1! 🙂 I'm still thinking Michigan, although I don't know much about LSU so I'm going to spend some time researching it. I think it is strong equine wise, but I need to do some real comparisons!

I got accepted to Iowa State!!! It is so surreal - I'm convinced that I'm dreaming and I'm waiting to wake up! 😱 I think Brenda just got tired of me checking-in on the WL!

Thank you! I am indeed going! It's a little sad b/c I was planning on moving to Boston to be with my bf for a year if I didn't get in this year... but I did! Before he started his PhD up there and before I got into vet school, we had a conversation about putting our careers before our relationship. I'm really scared to think about doing a LDR for 4 years, but who knows? We've already survived a year of it! 😀
I am just in shock - I can't think about being upset at the moment!

OMG I'm In!!! I just got the call from U of MN! I can't believe it!! It hasn't sunk in yet, but I was running around my apartment screaming and crying like a maniac this morning. 😳😀 I was 6th on the waitlist, so good luck to those who are next!
OMG! OMG! OMG! I got accepted to Michigan State today! It still feels so sureal to get off the waitlist after so long, I havn't been able to form complete sentences all day (my typing is way better than my verbal slur-o-words right now).
