Offer Made = Accepted, Correct?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I would call to be sure, aadsas has been funky lately. Who is it? Ohio state has been having aadsas issues.

congrats

I was wondering about this too. Somebody replied me that it DOES mean accepted, and also many others told me as well. Although I don't feel that secure about it lol. But yeah, according to many others, it means accepted

I know it's hard to believe after all you've been through with this process, but "offer made" means they are giving you an offer for the class of 2011. Congratulations!

Maybe we should suggest that next year they say, "You are accepted. 100%. Without a doubt. You are in!"

"Offer made" means an offer was extended to you. "Accepted" means you've accepted their offer. Until you've accepted the offer, you're not accepted.

The school has the legal right to rescind the offer - for whatever reason - until you've accepted their offer.

That's the legal definition. There's a reason why the "acceptance letter" use such terminology.

i would assume that it should mean that... but ucsf won't confirm it. they say check the mail to see if you get a package.

Has anyone called Tufts to confirm that "Offer Made" means accepted?

i didn't call them, but my AADSAS says "offer made" and i received the letter in the mail yesterday. congrats!
