i don't think its mailed. i think the schools have electronic access to our applications after we e-submit and our GPA gets verified. because mine was verified yesterday so i started getting emails from schools today so i wouldn't worry!
 
Did anyone's transcript completely disappear? Mine was received on 6/12 from my main institution but it's completely removed on my list... 🙁 Called AADSAS and the guy said he didn't know and would talk to his manager... I hope they're just verifying my GPA.

When did they mail it? Mine was mailed 6/5 and they haven't received it yet...They received my other transcript on 6/12 and it was also sent out the same day. I think I'm going to resend it with the expedited option....I really hope I can make it in first batch

You have to keep calling over and over again. It took me 20 calls for mine to actually go through and be put on hold. Then you're place in a line, and put on hold. I was on hold for about an hour.

I still haven't had my transcript issue resolved yet... such a bummer. I sent both of my transcripts on 6/4 via express mail, and now my primary institution's transcript had completely disappeared from my application. It was received on 6/12, but now it doesn't even say if it's received or not, it's just gone.

I think once they receive it you are good to go. Just resend it to be sure... that's what I am going to do.

This also happened to me. My primary institution transcript said it was received 6/12, and then today I noticed it was gone. My other transcript is still there however. I couldn't get through when I tried to call. I wonder what the deal is.

I requested both on the 2nd. My primary one was sent out the 3rd and received the 11th but it didn't show up till the 15th. The other one was sent on the 9th and it is still not posted.. So idk how much longer to wait

Since your second transcript wasn't sent until 6 days after the first one, maybe wait until mid-next week to call? It was sent out about a week later than the first so maybe it will take approximately a week longer to show up on AADSAS too?

It's probably ok - I think we are all a little anxious for everything to appear, since we worked hard for these apps and we don't want anything to go wrong with them! It sucks waiting for everything !! I bet it'll show up next week 😉

transcripts sent on June 5th, received on June 11th and 12th, and my GPA is now verified on June 19th.

I wonder if they verify according to E submission date and transcript date as far as prioritizing them. Because my transcripts arrived the 12th of June but I didn't E submit until the 12th.

Yes, in order for them to start the GPA verification process, you need all transcripts in AND to have your app e-submitted.

I esubmit on june 5th because i think the transcripts will come anyways.

Yea, but I am wondering is if lets just say someone e submits the 3rd of June but doesn't get the transcripts in until the 14th, while another student e submits the 10th and has the transcripts in the 12th.
Do they verify by who submitted earlier or who's transcripts arrived first?
I'm just wondering how they decide who gets verified first.

Can't verify unless they have the transcripts so it doesn't matter when you e submitted if you don't get your transcripts in I would assume you would be pushed back by someone who has theirs in

Now i am worried.
My transcript was recieved on the second week and I e-submitted on this Tuesday, yet my gpa has not been verified...
Would it be because a transcript of "in-progress" course has not been submitted??

i think if you esubmit it this Tuesday, give them 2 weeks at least. I esubmit 1st week transcript came 2nd week and still get verified third week (each step with 1 week apart)

I don't know what that means, has your transcript already been accepted before? If so maybe it means they're working on GPA verification?

In progress/planned courses do not require a transcript. You will get verified without providing this
 
I think the delay in my GPA being verified is due to the fact that I wasn't sure how to list a credit I got for a class from my ACT score. I just put it in AADSAS as an advanced placement credit but then it won't match up with the transcript I had mailed in.

Idk mine is also not verified and we both had our transcripts arrive at the same time. They may just be held back with everything.,, and they don't work on weekends.

Based on years prior, it seems that the last friday of June is typically when the first batch is sent out. I'd be surprised if it wasnt the 26th.

It mails out every Friday, right? So missing the first batch isn't a big deal.

In my case my transcripts have been MIA for the past 15 days... So I have to resend them.

Anyone know a specific reason why some people's GPAs have been verified already when their transcripts were received after mine? Not really worried just curious if I did something that might delay the process like incorrectly enter coursework.
