Got an acceptance from Minnesota! Very happy.

The 30 days to honor the acceptance is kind of a hit in the face to me (no one mentioned this to me lol)... is it possible for me to accept and put down the deposit, but if I get accepted to other schools after the 30 days are up, I could take back the acceptance? I'm just waiting to hear back from my state school... my fear was to leave my parents in their older age.
