***Official April 2006 Score Release Countdown Thread***

In the continuing spirit of the tradition started last year, we will hold this as your official countdown til score release thread. You can use this as a countdown, but may also post in here general conversation if you are just going insane over this wait. Also, this may not be an exact of when the scores will come out, but we don't know how many days before the official 60 days are over they will come out. Last year, they came out around June 15th at 10pm. But this will give us a rough approximation.

Ok, let the fun begin.........

Lets pray for all of you and for my very best roommate, and two of my other bestest friends. 😀 May all come with good news in the following two months.

This is for the neurotic ones who just need somewhere to vent their frustration over the wait. 😛

Does anyone else feel like they need to go take a shower and wear something cute, like we need to impress the score when it shows up to ring the doorbell? Or am I just weird? Best of luck to you all...it's been nice to know I wasn't alone through all this.

that is a bit odd to say the least. But then again, the MCAT does strange stuff to people

I don't think I'm going to share this update with my wife...I think I want to be alone when I check the scores...there's nothing more awkward than having a bad performance appear before your eyes with the one that you love standing next to you! I don't think she'd know what to say if doesn't turn out well.

I know what you mean!!! I told my husband about the update, but I told him he would either hear me shout for joy or screaming obscenities in about 4-5 hours. I want to see them by myself first.

They started totalling up the numbers for you in 2003. I hear ya, I will be a basket-case when the scores actually appear on my screen.

The moment of truth will soon be upon us. Best of luck to everyone! At least in a couple hours we'll all know what we're dealing with. Time to commute home then resume compulsively checking this thread and AAMC. And can I just say, I love this thread... You guys have made the wait so much more tolerable, and I really hope things work out well for everyone tonight... 😍

I'm watching the detective Conan, a very old japanese anime which is mostly for kids... I dont know why i'm watching but i just started watching it last night for the reason being lack of things to do.

Yes, that is so true!! I'm in Haiti, and my boyfriend and entire family over the weekend were like, "if you want to give us your password, and we can check for you..." and I'm like hell no! [followed by some namecalling], i get my scores first... but i already turned in the application... so i guess i'm rolling with whatever i gots...

That's impossible, my mind is simply consumed with all of this. It's the "You are getting into medical school" or "You aren't getting into medical school" score for me as my GPA is low. High stakes
