I was looking through UConn threads from previous years, and there was one poster who got the status change but waitlisted on Dec1/2/3.
And in the case of BU, people who got the status change were 99% accepted on the first day of Dec while people without the change
didn't hear from the school on that day.

Well, it's only speculation and who really knows the truth?
But it is pretty sure that the decision is made, by the school, on you, if you get the message.
We just don't know for sure if it is an acceptance yet.

Does anyone know when BU sends out their post-dec interviews for students who applied later in the cycle?
 
Anyone have a clue when BU will be sending out acceptances? Last year was around 4am EST, but previous years were around midnight. Did anyone happen to ask during their interview?

They said midnight this year. But it was said between jokes so I don't know.

Thanks! Don't stress, they definitely don't send the emails all at once. Not sure why but I think they will send acceptances throughout the day and the next couple of weeks before they start sending out post-December interviews. One is coming your way!

I got one today too! I submitted and completed my app in end of August. But I sent an email recently to update them with my current activities to show that I am still interested in their program.
 
I have an interview in a little over a week. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to you? Like whether they will notify you in a few days after interviewing or what?
