Well, I'm sure many won't like posting their rejections for all to see...and I don't have any here to start with, but I (and I'm sure along with many others) are not only interested in which schools are sending out interview invites, but also the dreaded rejection...so don't be shy!

my consolation is that I did get an invitation to interview somewhere too and I already had an invitation to interview at DMU which I like better than Kirksville anyways. 😛

So I assume this was after you got a secondary? , so how soon after you sent it in online did you get the rejection? Was it mail or email?

Sorry, but don't let it get you down. Keep thinking positively!!

I got my first from Ohio (pre-secondary, email), I have no idea why. Not anywhere near my first choice so I wasn't upset at all.

I got the secondary but I don't remember how long it took them to reject me.. maybe 3 -4 weeks.

Damn...one day after I start this thread I get an "interview waitlist" letter from CCOM. I didn't even know that a thing like interview waitlistings happened! Sounds like a niceway saying you're rejected...

I got put in limbo by Kirksville today. They placed me in the "hold" catergory. Not quite a rejection and its not quite like they want to talk to you. Its more of a we'll talk to you if we don't get anyone better type of letter.

I know the feeling. I can't even get a secondary from NSUCOM and I've been complete with AACOMAS for 2 months AT LEAST! I thought I got a secondary yesterday when I saw their envelope, but I forgot I asked for a brochure - I tricked myself. Doh!

Haven't had the unpleasent experience of the dreaded rejection letter yet, but admire all of you posting and sharing your experiences. If/when one comes for me I'll definitely share in this group thearapy session 😀

I wonder what Kirksville is looking for in a student besides their $$ for their secondary?

Not meaning to offend anyone at Kirksville, but I rally can't figure out why I got such a quick rejection when they literally just got my secondary.

Sigh. I actually didn't want to move to Missouri, but I did think it would be cool to go the the original DO school in this nation. Lots of history there no doubt.
