I set a "target score" early on this summer, and I have cake riding on my MCAT performance through a bet with a friend. If I don't reach my target score, this friend will bake me a cake (a sweet consolation prize). However, if I do meet or exceed my target score, I have to bake her a cake. And this would be the happiest baking experience of my life. (Although there aren't that many other ones to use as reference points...)

Anyone have suggestions for flavors/kinds of cake? My friend actually is quite the cook, so I can go fancy if I end up getting the cake...

She told me she's Armenian. Anywho--it is pretty sweet......esp. since she's such a nice person...ya know--come to think of it i do have another friend who is indian and yeah--she got a lexus too when she got accepted. LUCKY!!

35---->Condo in chicago + however she wanted to deck it out

27--->The Princeton Review course and a cancelled cell phone

As for me, Im eyeing a G35 couple 6 speeed🙂

My parents are nowhere near getting me a car for getting over a 30, especially cause i just got one, but I think if I do well, all I get is to pick the restaurant we eat at. Actually, if I do bad, I get to pick a place to eat as consolation.

Absolutely the best hands down. I make one a couple of times a year-the recipe is on the back of the Honeymaid graham cracker crumbs box. I like the cherries better, though.

I love to bake! It's bad because it encourages me to make bad things, but they are only bad for your body, because for your soul they are so refreshing! lol

Anyway, it's officially midnight on the east coast. We've got less than two days left!

Haha, I've loaded so much debt onto my parents for undergrad already... I don't think that they'll be able to buy me a car for getting into med school. (Gotta keep the debt rolling in...)

If I end up doing well, I'll settle for a congratulatory meal cooked by my mom when I'm home for Thanksgiving break. I miss me some of that home cookin'... Mmm.... ^_^

Also, I kind of want to buy a hybrid vehicle if I can afford one after college. Psh, SUV's... 🙄

I just got this random e-mail from Amazon.com... guess what it said: Buy Kaplan MCAT TEST PREP Book/CD's 2006. 😱 I didn't deserve this, only thing I buy off amazon is used cd's and they repay me with this advertisement AT THIS CRUCIAL TIME!!! Now I'm hoping for a good score more than ever so I can send those Amazon customer service reps a nasty reply e-mail stating something to the effect of "I don't need your garbage MCAT prep stuff becuase I just ripped that test, so take your untimely offers and shove it 😡 ) " This really upsets me... even if it has nothing to do with how I did 🙁

i read about a study of american diet vs. french diet. although the french eat chocolate and "bad" foods more frequently than americans do, they are healthier b/c they don't associate those foods with being bad or feeling bad about themselves. so don't feel guilty about eating a nice slice of cheesecake here and there (though it is ok to feel guilty for eating a whole cheesecake 🙂).

in other news...aaaaaaaah, only another day and a half!!

cheesecake is good. I don't ever feel guilty. But I think I would if I ate more than a quarter of the cake. Luckily my bro helps me out in finishing it off. 😀
