Not that I took the MCAT or anything, this past August, but just because I feel like you all should have a thread like the one Crazy Cav had for us in April..........

Actually, you are at the halfway point. In two days, you will have only 30 days left, which is literally only 1 month exact til scores come out. So you have quite approached the halfway point now. I think I lost count somewhere in between the fiasco the other night and other things going on.

Well, I meant that in a few days we would be at the halfway point: we just weren't quite there yet. But I think as we get into the 20's the days will go faster, especially with interview season coming up and people getting busy if they are still in school.

Yeah, I know it feels like forever, when you are waiting for scores. I remember that feeling from early summer days. In summer it drags on too. Luckily school keeps everyone busy. 😀 😀

Hey, new user! I'm glad to know that other people are anxiously counting the seconds as much as I am. We have to wait two months??? I was told six weeks. Great, that just ruined my day...

August was my first time too, and I dont' know what to expect. I'm actually kind of optimistic but I could just be setting myself up for a fall. Argggh, this sucks, I want my score NOW...

Try to hang in there. In a couple of weeks, you'll only have 2 weeks left til scores come out. In other words, you've made it half way through. Just focus on school work.

Lol Im such a nerd...Does anyone else make everything a "Sign" for instance, I noticed today that my parking sticker for the MCAT was 32 and i had a dream with 32 all over the place....this morning I convinced myself that I got a 32 hahaha...anyone else a big nerd like me???

Wow, can't believe the wait is pretty much half over. That wasn't too bad, eh? Guess it's good that school and applications have taken over. Still praying for a 30 with 9s in each section though!!! 😛

geez i'm getting scared and scared and scareddddddddddddd...if you guys smell fear, i think its comin from me...for some reason i keep thinkin the mcat people pick up random mcat test takers and decide to give them a 30+ while the rest of us are stuck with 20-...maybe i'll be at the 20 minus end 🙁 haha i kno i'm being hard on myself but i am such a horrible test taker so can't really blame me there for thinkin so negatively...any positive thoughts??? :meanie:

btw thanks to Guju doc for keepin us posted...i'm pakistani btw...i can take it yer Indian...u like Indian movies? SALAAM NAMASTE!!! 😀

Are we off count? I thought we had 32 days after tonight. Are we still going by scores expecting to be out on Oct. 20th? 😕

I think they mean at least 9 in each section (since, technically you could get a 30 with 13, 13, and 4 or something) 😳

I can confirm! This is my third time, and I hope he is nice to me this time. No more scores in the 20's.

Maybe I should offer the MCAT Executioner some shrubbery to appease him.

I expect that it may come out on the 18th, not the 20th. That's why I said 30 days rather then 32.

Also, wanted to add that you need to take into account that there are 31 rather then 30 days in the month of August. Hence, that accounts for why it won't be on the 20th but before then.

Aww man, now I'm all confused. Both guju and Arsenic posted "36 days left" on 9-14-2005. So somewhere during this past week, we dropped two days...

Final answer: 30 or 32 days left?

I think I lost count somewhere along the line. But I looked at the calendar and it is for sure only 30 days left, because I suspect they will be out by October 18th, at 10PM.

Bookmarked, my friend. I'm so addicted to thinking about getting my scores that it's annoying. I feel like I expended all this effort to get a few numbers and a letter, and now I'm constantly curious what they are! Waiting two months sucks.

So I guess its 28 days and 21 hours and something minutes. So in actuality, nothing short of a little less then 29 days left peepz!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀

Hey, that's a great idea. We all need to be sedated until the day before scores come out. Time would pass so much faster because we wouldn't remember the last 28 days or so, and we'd have a whole day to wake up and recover and get ready for the big score night!

(can you tell I'm getting antsy?)
