For those who received the temple invite through "AADSAS Status" do you mean under the status bar on the homepage for AADSAS, or in in the "Status at Designated schools" page?
 
mine at temple changed to "received/under review"
 
damn mine is blank and they wont accept phone calls for status updates. i had a number 2 on the right corner of my secondary too. what number did the people who got the interviews have on their secondaries? guess i just have to wait it out.
 
I had a 4 if i remember correctly. Who knows what order they're going in?!
 
Did those numbers actually mean something? I had a 3 and my status said "received/under review". Does that mean they don't want to give me an interview yet but are holding my application?

the number on my temple one was 8, and mine on aadsas is received/under review now... anyone know what the number is?
 
first is the worst, second is the best...

no seriously, there were numbers on the paper they were recycling and it would be a shame to throw away all that paper... who cares. stop worrying about every little detail.

My Temple secondary app. had a 1, and my AADSAS status is still blank.
 
I still havent heard back from temple yet.

Sorry I haven't responded sooner. I was at my Case interview yesterday and didn't have access to the internet. My stats are 3.82 GPA, 3.72 SciGPA 20/20/20 DAT.

Case was great by the way. I loved the school. The director of the admissions office offered me a ride to the airport after my interview and he let do a little assisting in the free clinic downstairs so my interview was like 2 and half hours long! He was a way nice guy. I would definitely love to go to Case but I don't think the wallet will like it much. It is so expensive there.
 
Loma Linda invite on AADSAS...no idea when my interview date is though. Does anyone know if they let you know the date through snail mail or via email.

its was emailed..."Temple University's Secondary Application" in subject box

I just recieved an interview for Temple via e-mail, and aadsas status did not change at all. So for those of you who are expecting an interview from Temple check your e-mails too. alright!!👍

Just got one as well, but my aadsas status has been updated.
woohoo this makes me 5/5! 😀

the # on my secondary app was a 7... i don't think that means much though.

oh also, I got a second e-mail about the "Director of Multicultural Development and Recruiting" wanting to meet me during my visit there.

UCSF!!!!! on Halloween, I found out via email

I'm soooo excited, UCSF is def my number one choice

i just got an interview invite from nyu. makes me 3/3. not bad for shotty stats

Just got another one.... USC. About time. It came by email. September 18th. It is my second choice.

And yes, Loma Linda does send you a letter in the mail with all your possible interview dates/options. I actually got mine in the mail the same day that it updated on AADSAS.

It pretty much means filling out additional information for the school. Questions asked on secondaries vary from school to school. You should check which of the schools you applied to requires or asks for them.

You're def. a turist. 😉
 
USC and VCU this afternoon by AADSAS update and email.... That makes nine total interviews. There is no way that I can go to all of these. I just can't afford it. A little advice would be great.. What do you guys think? If I could only go to six interviews, which would you choose out of.....

I got invites from Loma Linda and USC today. For those going to UCSF on Halloween, I'll see you there too, lol. Let's try finding each other once we go there for the interview that day. So far I only got rejected from Case. Here are my schools that I'm interviewing:

Nova~Oct 22nd
UoP~Oct 30th
UCSF~Oct 31st
Loma Linda~?
USC~Sept 25th (hopefully, I couldn't schedule today because they closed early)

Anyone have interviews these days?

think about location. if you're in Utah...and your fam is too...will you want to be far away in Cleveland or Richmond?

how are you paying for this? is private tuition at Case or USC going to be worth it?

my aadsas was mailed out aug. 11 and i sent in the check a few days after. it was weird though, they sent me the invite the day after i called in to confirm they recieved the check. must be a coincidence.
 
Chalk one up for me on USC's invite list too! I haven't scheduled yet. Too bad I didn't see the email until today. They're my first interview.
 
so who has the most interviews so far (and how much is it costing you!)?

7: case, asdoh, midwestern, loma linda, nyu, buffalo, umichigan (out of 12 applications-- osu, marquette, temple, tufts, wvu)

and ive spent 800+ on ASDOH, MW and LLU alone... sigh
 
Congrats to all of you with interview invites! I'm a newbie to this forum but I might come more often---this place is full of interesting advice and info.
Anyway, when you go to an interview, would it be tasteless to bring a notebook and pen with your questions for the interviewers so that you can write their answers down? Or is the entire thing meant to be conversational?
