Not necessarily. I know some of the East Coast schools send out invitations around now for pre-Dec invites. I think the door is definitely open for post-Dec invites still too.

They have about 10 people per interview day, I had 10 in mine and it was the first day (October 4th). They only interview 90-100 people before December and about 225 overall for the 143 spots. That info is straight from Kathy Candito in the admissions office. If you get an interview, be prepared to have a relaxed interview, but also prepare for those really tricky questions! The 9 other people in my group had conversational interviews with their faculty member, but I was completely grilled by mine. She asked me the friends cheating question, patient dilemma (2 versions), if I was happy with my DAT scores, what sets me aside from other applicants, and a few other tricky ones. It was non stop Q&A! 🙁 BUT the chances of you getting that kind of interview are pretty slim so don't sweat it. Fun day overall
