Crashblades' app is almost a mirror of mine though he has more of some and less of others with regards to ECs.

My rest of the app: 3.5 years to graduate with honors from a top public Univ. Some student org involvement, 2+ years of research with publication. 500+ hours of volunteering 200+ of shadowing. Been working for around 2 years as a professional tutor. Pretty sure I'm forgetting some of the less important things. I think I'll email them saying, thanks for letting me know but anything I should improve on? You know the way people do after an interview for a job they don't get. If I get a reply I'll be sure to let you know.

Oh well so long as I get an acceptance this year I am fine, no need to worry....yet...

EDIT: Btw no CC classes (well I took a ton but while I was in high school). I can't think of any reason besides the fact that my DAT scores were delayed from ADA's side.

Of course there are. But, like, they didn't even get to really assess those other factors because they didn't grant this person an interview.

That's why the personal statement is important. Plus, Harvard has a small class... A few thousand applicants fighting for 35 or so seats. Even some of the creamiest cream of the crop won't make it.
