To any interviewees who are looking for a place to stay during their interview at CWRU, the dental fraternity (Delta Sigma Delta) is renting out a room for $50/night. It is 10 mins (walking) from the house to Case. There are 9 dental students living there (three 4th years, four 3rd years, one 2nd year, and one 1st year). Haha thanks! And trust me, I'm just as obsessed as you are with the email right now. That's all I do all day. HORRIBLE for our mental health :'(. It's gonna work out in the end tho 🙂

I feel you...I got a rejection today from UCSF too. We will make it somewhere else!
 
Is no news good news? I haven't heard anything for about a month and a half. Have a few interviews but I'm hoping for more.

If you have a few interviews and still have the rest of your schools in play I'd say you're in very good shape.
 
I've also been out of town the last few weeks so I may have some unfortunate news waiting for me when I pick up my mail. My AADSAS status hasn't changed for any schools though
 
most of my AADSAS status says either received/under review, or complete.
Just waiting for some good news.

Today I received a snail mail from Upenn. I was like "holy ****, this might be a good news"
But when I opened it, it was a damn brochure telling me about the school.

Unfortunately the date they gave me conflicts with another interview I've had for a while... I emailed and asked if I could reschedule. Does anyone have advice ?

Two REJECTIONS in ONE DAY. Notified yesterday from UCSF and UNLV
Also rejected from NOVA awhile ago.
oGPA: 3.30
sGPA: 3.22
19AA 20TS 22PAT 16RC 17QR

3 rejections and 0 interviews so far. I'm seriously about to cry.
AADSAS mailed out between 1~3 batch

with all due respect, with your stats, UCSF might have been a reach school(especially if you are oos) , and NOVA wants your GPA to be a little higher as well.
So, those two were the schools you were least likely to get invited anyway, so don't lose hope. You still have good shots at other schools.

I'm not sure, but I think nova cares more for higher DAT than GPA. I have lower GPA but slightly higher DAT , and have an invite at NOVA.

I am the opposite and I interviewed at Nova...
 
I emailed LECOM about my status and got a "we sent a letter to your address" as a response......I took that to mean rejection but that was well over a month ago and I've received no letter. My status still says "under review from adcom" on the LECOM portal, anyone else been under review for a solid 2 months with them?

I think my application got deferred. Mine says "will be re-reviewed in 60 days"

I have been under review for a while too. But no Letter In snail mail from them. I should probably call

I have almost same exact stats as you with 2 interviews and 3 rejections. Keep your head up!

Science gpa 2.9/2.96 (inc +/-), cum gpa 3.25/3.29.
AA/TS/PAT/RC/QR = 19/19/22/21/17

Currently work in a dental lab, two years of research, a year of volunteering and 200 shadowing hours.

I haven't heard from 15 schools.. am I screwed!!? Freaking out

When did your ADSAAS go out? And which schools did you get the interview and rejections from???
