To answer your question. No.

Youll only hear back from the schools that have made decisions. Even then, the portal is probably one of the lesser reliable method for the schools I am applying to. Almost none of them use the portal exclusively.

I'd wait on phone calls and emails.

Both? I think I've driven everyone non dental related in my life insane w my stress so you all are the only ones who know what I'm going through and will put up with it at this point 😉
