There used to be a one page "old exam" with eight or so questions, but it was ancient (copies of copies), and was not really helpful at all.

I wouldn't worry too much. Everything was straight from the notes, and it was really pretty easy.

EDIT: It is in fact a bit like the Ethics test.

So will we have to know numbers from like the health disparities lecture? Since that lecture was ALL numbers/tables. What about Study titles... sometimes they like to test our class on minute details.

I really don't remember it as being a very detail oriented test. But in all honesty I don't remember much about it, other than the fact that it wasn't too hard.

I had signed up around 2:15ish, so there might be more now. Almost all M2s as I recall. This wouldn't necessarily pertain to you since you live in the OC, but is anyone carpooling?

Eh... VA's pretty nice. I'm not sure they actually take requests... if so, everyone would request the VA, prolly.

I was entertaining the idea of studying at school this weekend... medicine shelf. Oh well, it's the last shelf of the year. Yay!
 
They started working on my roof today. It sounds like they're gonna pound through my ceiling at any moment. My walls are shaking, and so is my dog.

The health policy test was a bit more specific than it really needed to be.

I may be in the class of 2010 now. I guessed more on that than I did on blocks 2 and 7 of path combined (no joke).
 
So... it turns out there's at least one day of surgery that I absolutely HAVE to have off... what do you think my chances are, Don? I NEED it off. Seriously.

I've heard that Policy is one of the most important classes when applying to orthopaedic surgery residencies! oh noes!

apparently Neuro mp3s require a different codec than phys mp3s. What the hell?
 
I already filed the forms... it would cost another 250 to change the first name. Hell no.. the courthouse is a madhouse.

It shouldn't be that big of a deal. Just let your chief resident know the first day (who are they, BTW?), or use the "time off" form. But I think in general most people would be cool about it, especially at Columbia. I don't think it would be a big deal while you were on CT either.
