Haven't heard anything yet. I know they send UPS overnight acceptances. however, I heard (last year) that some people were called the night before to confirm their mailing address. But from reading some posts from last year, not everyone who got accepted got a call the night before. I think if something were to come, it would arrive between 10 and 3. When was your interview? GOOD LUCK!!!!
 
Mine was on Nov. 5th... but I'm out of state, so I don't know what my odds are. I LOVED it there though, so I'm terribly anxious to find out. Have you heard of anyone that has gotten in???
 
I was there Nov. 5th as well!! Your odds this year are better than years previous. They added about 15 extra spots the past two years, and I think many of those are for out of state applicants. I haven't heard anything yet, but if i do, I will post immediately.

my MUSC "school decision" section on ADDSAS application page has gone missing?? still have not received todays mail, anyone else have theirs disappear from the page?

I never had MUSC under my "school decisions" page. It is interesting that you did.

Yeah, it had to have been mailed yesterday, and i do live in charleston. i hope you all get in!!

Also, i never had MUSC listed on my AADSAS "school decisions" page.
 
I GOT IN!!! Got the UPS package at 11am in Indiana. Took the extra day to get here I guess!!! Can't wait to leave the snow!!!

Congratulations to you and Chucktown! I am beginning to get worried - I checked and my stats are right there with you guys and I haven't heard anything.

Are you sure it took 2 days to get there or maybe it went out last night??
 
I got in!!! my letter came via ups express today around noon. incredibly pumped!! can't wait till june 6th! =)

It was mailed 11/30 via 2nd Day Air per the tracking number. I really wish you luck!

Has anyone heard anything from MUSC lately? Like an interview invite, acceptance, or rejection?
 
I GOT IN!!!!!! 😀 :soexcited: Got the package at about 2:00 yesterday. So flippin excited! Still can't believe it. See everybody in June!
 
Well I'm pretty discouraged. In state, interviewed with the first round, 3.9 gpa 19 aa and pat, and haven't heard a word yet. I can't figure out what I did wrong 😕 DAT scores could be better I guess but I didn't think they were bad enough to keep me from getting in.
 
I'm in! (David from Spartanburg/Lexington, whom you will all soon know as the Elder Engineer.) Please tell me someone here is older than 32.

Letter was dated Dec 17.

And folks, I can tell you from 3 years of brutal experience: never give up. I was originally told not to bother by someone who matters. Learning to trust your own judgment in exclusion of all others is the first hurdle... doing what has to be done comes naturally after that.

Does anyone know the exact dates for the summer session and the fall semester? What break do we have between the two? I've tried finding it on their site, but didn't see it. Maybe I'm missing it.

I?ve got a buddy who spoke to a Dr. on the admissions committee and he said it would be early feb for some people to find out bc they are interviewing through jan. I?m waiting too, I am really hoping I get some good news soon.

They had their last day of interviews this past Friday
 
I interviewed Feb. 4th with the last group of invites..they said the admissions board would be meeting this past Wed. (Feb 9th)..and Im assuming for the last time.
 
So I am still waiting to hear back from MUSC has anyone heard if the class is full yet or has anyone else been accepted recently? Any news would help! Congrats to those that are already in!

I'm surprised you didn't get a letter. The class is full. They have sent out rejections and alternates, etc. I am on the alternate list, but from what I understand there is traditionally little or no movement there.

I would email Bill Liner to see what your situation is. He's usually pretty good about getting back to you.
