So far I'm 100% on every pick. The sad thing is I watched less college basketball this year then I have in several years.

i never saw obama's picks. i just like memphis. on a similar note, i saw lil wayne on espn today, and we have the same final four. sweet!

by my estimate, the odds of mccamey "showing up" tonight are slightly under 50%. and if they are lucky enough to beat WKU, gonzaga is gonna walk all over them. i hate to say it, but we just haven't been playing well recently. and yes, i am the reason you can't have my name.🙄

BTW, have you see the lineup of our last 5 teams we lost to? Louisville, Pitt, UConn, Syracuse, Villanova. The Big East isn't the easist conference to be in right now.

Jerel McNeal is the best player on the team. Right now he is having as good a season as Dwayne Wade. James was a play maker and Maurice Acker, while decent, doesn't have the skill/confidence to create plays.

No way are we going down first round... but I wish we could've had a good chance at the final 4.

In this whole tourney, I really don't care how it goes aside from: UConn NOT winning, and Marquette beating Mizzou.
 
I knew I should have picked Western Kentucky. The illini just aren't the same without chester stopping the 3. And yeah about WVU, I could see them in the elite eight, easily.

yeah, i got WVU in the elite 8.

and christ, the illini almost pulled that off. it would have knocked out one of my sweet 16 teams, but definitely would have made me happy.
 
13/16 today. All three of my losses were decided by 4 or less points, annoying. I like my chances of going 16/16 tomorrow, though.
 
Memphis?? :laugh: Stop smoking it! CSU almost took it against these guys. It's simple , conference USA Memphis vs ACC Maryland. Who the heck has Memphis played besides Syracuse ? Didn't you see that what happened to my PAC-10 Cal? Memphis simply hasn't seen the Terps level of competition so forget the rankings. Maryland is taking it over Memphis. No doubt.

This might seem crazy but...

I have West Virginia, Maryland, Oklahoma and Duke. Oklahoma over Maryland in the final. A bit outlandish I know but I would love to see a 1 v 10 final.

Your school pisses me off...so does that BS Ejection in the clemson game. Ill probably lose money just because of that dumb ejection ...i had them over oklahoma in my real bracket.


What about Nova almost getting upset?
 
After that game against VCU yesterday, there is no way in hell UCLA is making the Final Four. No way.

They aren't like last year. But then again, they lost Love and Mbah a Moute, etc. So it's understandable. So pissed that Cal lost though.

Ugh me too. I went 0 for 1 because of Butler (it wasn't looking good) and 14 for 15 the rest of the games (damn Clemson) for a combined 7 points difference! We'll see how it goes today...

Any upset calls today? I called WKU over Illinois yesterday, maybe Dayton or Utah St. winning?

As someone who has seen nearly every Terps game this year, they will lose to Memphis by about 37. Maryland just is not very good.

BTW. I'm going to go out and say Louisville vs UNC in the final, and UNC is going to take it down. This coming from a guy at University of Kentucky... is saying alot.

lol both hasheem thabeet and tyler hansborough are terrible pro prospects--although thabeet definitely will be a lottery pick because "you can't teach size"....regardless vcu should have beat ucla, the tourney was made for guards like maynor. i really want to see a Memphis-Missouri matchup--those two defenses are ridiculous, the way they press. Texas got robbed with some of those calls and apparently WKU-Gonzaga was officiated by Ed Hochuley and the crew that did the superbowl because that Timeout they called at the end was mad obvious.


I was upset that Maryland lost though I can't lie...Greivis Vasquez is one of my favorite college players--he plays the entire game (at least offensively)..anybody who can put up 17+ pts 5+ boards and 5+ assists in college is pretty ridiculous..He also talks a lot of trash which is awesome as well...The way he plays reminds me of a poor man's Manu Ginobli, and he's got the frame ~ Tayshuan Prince (if Tayshaun were a 2 guard and a bit shorter--those long arms)...He probably won't be a great pro but Im hoping otherwise.

yup greivies vasquez is the best latin player since manu...kid has range..

blake griffin is another guy who looks like hes over-rated and wont be good in the NBA, even though he's going to be the number 1 Draft pick...he's this year Michael Beasely...6' 9'' "Power Forward" dominating in college against white boys..but in the NBA..he cant shoot over long 7 foot high jumping brothers with 80 inch wingspan, ya feel me?
 
i think griffin will do a lot better than beasley , part of that because he wont have somebody like marion cutting into his minutes (marion was there for half the yr) and hell also be allowed to play through his mistakes because he wont be on a contender...and all signs point to sacremento, so really outside of kevin martin, theres nobody else on that team who deserves the ball. griffin will be a pretty decent pro i think but i aint a fan of him at all.

hansborough is sorry, and youre right about that mark madsen comment, dude is mark madsen, scot pollard and every other "hustle" white guy with no skills in the league in one hahaha..dude is gonna be so terrible next year i cant wait.

tomorrow johnny flynn vs james harden, az st vs syracuse, thatll be good...hardens gonna be a stud in the league--hes the right size and can shoot the lights out
 
what do you guys think about Oklahoma state over Pitt?? If they play like they did against ETSU definitely.

Also Marquette over mizzo...apparently Dominic james is playing?!?!

the upset will be kansas beating louisville in the elite 8...

my modified FINAL FOUR pick after witnessing the 1st 2 rounds: Kansas, UCONN, NOVA, and UNC.

UCONN beating UNC because thabeet will rape the over-rated white boy mark madsen clone aka tyler hansborough, ya dig?
