Figured it's about that time.
Good luck
Good luck
Confirmed at the Following:
Parkland
OHSU
Louisville
Probably will be confirmed by a couple more once they receive my photo, etc.
Also.. It seems like UConn isn't taking any residents this cycle..
This is the email I received:
"
Dear Applicant,
I am emailing you to confirm that you have applied for the 6 year program with us. We had hoped to offer a 4 year spot this year, however, we are not. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you sent me a check for 75.00 I will return it to you, just let me know.
Best wishes with the interview season."

Are these the correct Emory dates? The email says it will be Friday/Saturday, but these are Sunday /Monday.
No I'm asking if anyone confirmed with Emory since their dates and days of the week don't match up in my email.
Hey guys,
Is it safe to assume if you didn't get an email/phone call on those dates posted, you are rejected? Do schools send out invites even after those dates?
Thanks.
I was wondering something along the same lines as CremeBrule5000. Jacksonville has a deadline of Oct 1st but it looks like interviews went out already. Are they still sending out interviews?
I spoke with Jacksonville when I confirmed that my application was complete and they said that their invites are on a first come first serve basis so it is impossible to know if they have given them all out. Also, some schools have reserve lists of the names of those they will send invites to if their first wave invites decline. @Bereno ...thoughts, reactions, concerns?
Just spoke with Jacksonville. All the interview offers have been made and all the slots are full at this point. Prior to their deadline. Waste of money.

This is why in my humble opinion there is absolutely no reason not to send in your application as early as possible. This is because of a few issues, the first of which is above but more importantly you're relying on someone at the institution to give a rip about your application. Not all program coordinators and auxiliary staff are that high speed. I am just postulating here but there is certainly a possibility good applicants aren't given interviews simply by the incompetence of support staff. In other words you want as much time as possible to make sure each program has all the required documents.
Good luck everyone, lucking forward to the interviews as that means we are all moving up another year.
