I just realized that Arizona wants you to send all the recommendation letters to AADSAS DIRECTLY. I already sent in my limit of four recommendation letters to AADSAS and none of them were from a dentist, which is what Arizona is looking for. What should I do?

Have you called ASDOH, they're really nice. I am sure they'll let you send in LOR from a dentist directly to them. ADCOMs are just regular people...just with a lot of power over your career. =)
