7. 1 summer ochem research, no publications or anything. Pretty basic stuff.
8. 70 hours Orthopedic Surgery Shadowing, 10 hours Optometry, 10 Hours ophthalmology shadowing
9. No non-clinical volunteering, I know it's bad but I have a child and work constantly.
10. I work, go to school, and am a full time parent. I got done what I could.

Just wanting to know my chances. I feel okay about my mcat and gpa but my extracurriculars are lacking a little.

You are a strong candidate for your Ohio schools and Ohio State is not a reach for you with your stats.

You have a very good chance at your state schools. Apply to all of them and focus mostly just on OOS schools you'd strongly consider turning down for your state school tuition. If that means only mostly reaches that's fine.
There's no need for DO schools or OOS ones like Penn St. I would target higher stat OOS MD schools with an MCAT median around yours(35)
