"The Ohio University College of osteopathic Medicine is now sending
secondary application materials electronically. If you need a hard copy

the information, please contact the OU-COM Admissions office as soon as
possible. Please download the enclosed secondary application form, and
all
other material requested, and return to the OU-COM Admissions Office.
There
can be no further processing of your request until all materials are
received. All materials must be postmarked no later than March 15,
2006;
however, earlier submission will insure more timely consideration of
your

The contract confirms your intent to practice medicine for five years
in the
state of Ohio upon the completion of your medical education. Once you
complete your internship or residency, which may be done anywhere in

United States, you must then return to Ohio to practice for five years.
