OHSU vs. Miami Miller (both MD/MPH)

SO i unexpectedly got a last minute decision today (I have a couple days to decide) between these two programs. One is a 5 year and one is a 4 year program. OHSU more strongly fits my personal goals (MPH in epidemiology) but is significantly more expensive. Does anyone have any insight on which school is better? I am interested in Pediatrics. Both offer similar experiences except one is more diverse patient population vs one has rural aspects which I really like. OHSU is ranked significantly higher and I vibed better with the student population ( I am an older applicant and Miami feels more like a party school) but not sure it's worth the OOS cost.
