Technically the bonus has little to do with factors your team can directly control (ethically) and weak correlation with your eval. Nothing on controlling inventory levels, immunizations (as WM doesn't want to be seen incentivizing that at the store level), keeping your own payroll down.

Must be nice to get the script multiplier though

Can you go further detail regarding multiplier. I looked at my paystub and it doesn't seem like a multiplier was added even though I manager a high volume store
 
Better enjoy these MIP bonuses this year, because we are in the process of making them so hard to reach, it's like climbing Mount Everest. And guess what, thats literally the analogy our CEO used to describe how we are going to use teamwork to make it to Camp 5 at the top. I'm not even kidding.

You have to sell 140k a year (excluding control & actual raw scripts, not 90-day equiv) at large-format to get 40% increase to base so that is about 2700 sold a week not including controls

As for MIP for this fiscal year, there is no info yet.
