good point... thought it might show some diversity. oh well, ill just shave it offYou can go ahead and also explain why you believe your dance group is more important than this interview.

Im all for wigsShave it or wear a wig.
No joke 😉 I honestly love wigs. I’m just not willing to shave off my bountiful hair to wear one 😛Can't tell if this is a joke about the last hair thread or not...
Fair enough, I was directing that comment more towards OP thoughNo joke 😉 I honestly love wigs. I’m just not willing to shave off my bountiful hair to wear one 😛
Makes our job a lot easierI dance and our group is required to have red mohawks. Do you think this will be okay if I explain in my interview?
Not sure what "last hair thread" you are referring toCan't tell if this is a joke about the last hair thread or not...
He means this thread that spiraled out of control: Dyed hairNot sure what "last hair thread" you are referring to
Suppose that the OP was a world-class dancer with a 3.8/520 and first-author paper: would they stand a chance, or would the red mohawk make 'em DOA?
What do you think? What is this obsession with you and the high MCATs absolving all sins?Suppose that the OP was a world-class dancer with a 3.8/520 and first-author paper: would they stand a chance, or would the red mohawk make 'em DOA?

Come on, Goro, it's not just about the high MCAT. Our hypothetical hero or heroine's got a stellar research record and is a world-class performer. What do you think? What is this obsession with you and the high MCATs absolving all sins?
I'm beginning to think that you're unteachable. That's a trait that gets prove kicked out of residencies, even if they have a 260 Step score.Come on, Goro, it's not just about the high MCAT. Our hypothetical hero or heroine's got a stellar research record and is a world-class performer.

Will do, Lawper.Dude, you need to control your obsession with rockstar application profiles and stop spamming threads with extreme hypothetical scenarios.
I gather that the combo of Trinity Knot and scarlet Mohawk are utterly lethal to one's chances anywhere. Even if you are otherwise a rockstar.I'm beginning to think that you're unteachable. That's a trait that gets prove kicked out of residencies, even if they have a 260 Step score.
Either that, or you're trolling. Which is a waste of our time.
Putting on Ignore. You will feel a slight tingling sensation between the eyes.
Indeed. Mohawk = DOA.You could have a 4.0 and drop a 528; if you walk into an interview with a mohawk, your odds of getting in are extremely low. There's nothing wrong with interesting hairstyles, but when it comes to medical school, it's important to display professionalism. If you think a mohawk is a professional look, it shows bad judgement.
