Hi All:

I'm a 43 years old graduated 18 years ago.I also have a speciality degree from my home country which i think is very competitive in U.S and its impossible for me getting into that field.

Do i have any chance getting into less competitive fields like Family Medicine?

I'll appreciate any help or advice!
