Hey all,

I took the MCAT in 2011 and I see that most schools only accept from 2012 on though there are a few that will take 2011 scores. Do any of you know off-hand of any that accept 2011 scores? Any help would be appreciated as I would have to travel to the US to take the test and I'm hoping to avoid that.
Thanks!!

Most schools won't though. So why limit yourself? It would probably be best for you to take it before the MCAT changes. If are only able to apply to a few schools, and if none of those pan out, then you will be looking at taking an entirely different MCAT which will probably be more complicated than just taking the MCAT over and being able to apply to a broad range of schools. Unless you have an amazing GPA, MCAT score, and ECs, and everything is perfect and are pretty sure that you will be able to get into those limited schools, then I would not worry too much, otherwise, I think you should just retake ASAP.

There might be a list somewhere on the NonTraditional forum of schools that accept an old MCAT score (>3 years). I think I vaguely remember one.

Thanks for the reply guys, I'll be taking the MCAT in September again. As SwedishMD2B said, why limit myself to a few schools. I appreciate the input though!
