It's hard to say for sure, but from what I could see those guys had some pretty serious perio disease going on. The teeth probably slipped right out with not much pain at all.

😀 very funny comments. As a matter of fact I think at the end of the video the guy goes for another tooth, or maybe for the root? Did you guys noticed the pliers being all crowded?
Speaking of pliers, let's not forget the three stooge:
