With around 14 months of study time left - how would you guys approach Anki? Is doing the high yield cards in ANKING enough to retain knowledge base and instead do mostly practice questions?

I didn't do anki, so I defer to others who incorporated it, but here's my answer just so you have something. Practice Qs comes first - prioritize those. You can fill in your remaining time/energy with anki, but don't fall into obsession with it. So sounds like sticking to just the HY cards would be a great balance, but again I have no experience/credibility there

I studied for ~18 months total (took it twice) with mainly Anki and scored low 80. It’s 100% without a doubt worth it if you have 14 months (if you can tolerate flash cards) if I was in your shoes, I would do 8 months dedicated Anki following pathoma, sketchy micro, sketchy pharm, some bnb, filter out low yield cards. 6 months dedicated Uworld, and you will do above average if not better

I am a big believer in ANKI. I studies for ~8 months and was purely anking for 6 and a half months. I tried to fully complete the first aid tab but didn't get through everything when test day came. I also do not go to an integrated MED-Dental school so it was my main resource. I did NBME's 25-31 to supplement and only ~20% of U world. Scored 85+ epc last feb. So in my opinion, yes 14 months is more than enough time to get through all 27k first aid cards, it just depends on how driven you are because when its you 200th day in a row of 1000+ anki reviews burnout is very real.

I have suspended the cards tagged low yield in Anking. Currently doing bootcamp + the cards + UWORLD (As much as I can per day). do you think this is a good approach?
