Hi, quick question for y'all in the know.
I'm a dual Canadian-UK citizen currently attending a US dental school in the West coast. I'll be applying to OMFS next year (2018-19 cycle).
I have competitive stats (high CBSE, top 5 class rank, 3 pubs), but I'm a little concerned about any visa issues that someone with a non-US citizenship may have. Already discouraged by the reduced number of programs that I can apply to, but the new Trump administration may be headed to a more stringent visa requirements which may affect my chances at programs that I can apply to.
Does anybody know what the deal is and how the next year will fare for someone in my situation? Thanks in advance for any advice!
