OMM on Comlex Level II CE

For those of you who have taken Comlex Level II CE, what OMM do we need to know? The same crap from level I (VSRs, Chapmans, ... don't remember the rest)? Just wondering if I just should cram in the same stuff from last time in a day or if I have to add.

Know the chapman points, ANS levels, ribs, sacrum

Yeah, but about 80% of my OMM treatment quesitons on level 1 were cranial. I kid you not. I had ONE sacrum question on my entire exam. ONE. I had at LEAST 30 cranial quesitons. at LEAST. I was pretty pissed.
