The types and costs of tables are as wide as the ocean. Do a search for massage tables on Altavista, and you will get quite a few sites to look at. I have an Earthlite, and I got that for a wide variety of applications. Do the research on the tables available, if you are unsure what qualities you are looking for in a table.
Some hints:
Try and get double foam, so that the patient is comfortable.
Make sure that the dynamic strength is great enough for the population that you plan to work with (some of mine are >300 lbs, big football players)
Depending on your size, consider the width and height of the table required.
Finally, decide whether you need a portable table or not, and if so know how much weight you are willing to carry.
