Im a clinical oncologist where I can practise both specialities however in 2008??I need a cutoff decision I love Internal medicine yet without deep study and again I like physics ??what to do??

I see your location listed as Egypt. Are you in training/ in practice in Egypt? As far as I know, most (essentially all) of the information in this forum applies to the U.S. and/or Canada. I'm not aware of what training a "clinical oncologist" in Egypt has gone through. If you are looking for job opportunities in the U.S., you will need to repeat a residency here in your chosen field before you can practice. If you are already in the process of training in the U.S., then the answer to your question depends on where in your training you are. I guess it's just not entirely clear to me what you are asking. Could you please rephrase your question?
