One the test day...questions

Hi all,

I gonna take the MCAT soon..can anyone who has taken the exam plz answer some questions for me? Thanks!!!

1. Can we bring snacks inside the test room?? or food can only be accessed during breaks?

2. Can we pause the test in the middle of sessions to use the restroom(like the AAMC practice tests)? or, we can only do that during breaks...

3. did you arrive 30 mins prior to the test? or earlier..?

1. No for first one. Yes for second one.
2. No, only breaks.
3. 30-45 minutes. It depends where you're taking it. If your center is in a big city, expect lots of people and get there earlier.

3. I arrived about an hour ahead and was the second person on the list, but it was a pretty small test center.

1) No, you can't even bring in water.
2) You can leave and let the test run it's time. Obviously a really dumb idea.
3) I would get there an hour before the test. You are required to get there 30 min, but generally it's first come first served. So you can decide for yourself whether you want to be the first one in or the last one in.
