Are online classes such as statistics and Introductory Biology counted into the AAMC GPA? Some schools have a red X or orange check on MSAR, so would hey still be included in the BCPM?

Yes, they are calculated in BCPM.

There is no place in the AMCAS application that distinguishes whether a class is online or not.

What if a med school doesn't accept the class though because it's online (red X) would they just count the grade in the online class, and then the grade in the lecture class (if I retook it)? @Goro @gyngyn @LizzyM

Your AMCAS GPA is completely unrelated to whether a school accepts online prereqs. Every class you take will count towards the GPA.

The only situation I could see it not counting is if a schools re-calculates your GPA based on what they consider BCPM or pre-reqs or whatever, and decide to leave your online class out of that calculation (assuming it's listed somewhere that it was online).
