Online Community College Class while dual enrolled?

What's everyones opinion on taking two online community college classes while dual enrolled in college? I need to knock out my general education requirements but I want to take science classes next semester to boast up my sGPA before I graduate (I'm a senior). How will adcoms look if I took intro to east asian literature and some other class online at my community college next spring before I apply?
