I took Gen bio 1 and 2 (community college), chem 2 online (community college), and am currently retaking organic 1 (UNE). Would this pose a problem for schools, barring NYITCOM ( I know they don't accept online pre reqs)?

For some DO no, but some yes so depends on where you apply. Most MD schools I know don't accept/advise against cc and online. Look into the schools you are interested in and see what they require. A simple email could answer your question for those schools who don't specify.

You should be fine for a majority of schools then. Just make sure your GPA is high as possible. Best of Luck!
