Online referral for Humana hmo

Recently I have been asked by Humana insurance to have primary care physician to have referral done online, otherwise I can’t see those patients. Obviously most primary care care physician don’t want to do that.
Has anyone come across that scenario and how do you deal with that?

Suggest making it EZ to send a referral online to you for your referring docs. A template maybe. If you make it simple and fast maybe it will result in more referrals? New software usually follows the same pattern. At first no one likes it. Then eventually it becomes indispensable. BTW been retired almost 10 years now.
