Christmas gifts for referrers?

It's that time of year - the break room is filling up with cookies and cakes brought by patients and PT offices. Do any of y'all give Christmas gifts to your established referral partners? I keep in close text communications with probably 10-15 primary and specialist referrers, thought a bottle of wine or scotch would be a nice gesture at the holidays. What, if anything, do you do?

I have done nice bottles of wine or higher end gift baskets for high volume referrers.

one year i bought $100 bottles of wine for referring docs. Most didnt know how nice the bottle was and gave to a staff members...

One surgeon bought me some nice Omaha steaks that just got left at our office door by fed ex or ups. Sat there for a weekend and we had to throw them out. What a waste

I sent my five favorite groups, a Harry and David fruit of the month club for 12 months

Give them a big box of something that can be shared in the staff room, with your greeting card attached to it so they know who it came from. I share all my chocolates and things with my staff and it makes them very happy.
