The questions were ethical or behavioural. In all honesty I did not prepare well enough. I would say the best thing to do is to practice as much as possible in a situation you can make as realistic as possible (be timed, do a few in a row, ask people to help you and give you honest feedback. I have done a couple MMIs, what makes guelph's more difficult is that interviewers don't really converse with you, you feel like you are talking to a walk for 8 minutes until you announce you are done because they are told not to give any sort of feedback during, verbal or otherwise. A lot of people read the Rollins books, I'm not entirely convinced this is enough to be prepared. There are course that are helpful for some people, but if you can find just mock MMIs somewhere where they will give you feedback this is my suggestion. Guelph was my first one and I've done a few this year since and I think understanding how the process work and having had just a few practices will make a world of difference if I am lucky enough to get an interview again this year.
