I remember beginning medical school 10 years ago at LECOM Bradenton.

I have a few words of advice to those starting medical school this week or in the upcoming weeks:

This letter made me a little sad. Perhaps I'm already mourning a little for the things that will irrevocably change over the upcoming years.
Either way, I was happy to read this. Though I may have a little 'anxt', I am excited to start.

You should be excited. You have a chance to do something I wish I could return to 10 years ago. Make memories and forge friendships. And if you need some humor, watch Scrubs...that show is the closest thing to what it feels like to be on rotations or to be a resident! Good luck!

Thanks for the letter. I hope I can look back on this with fondness.
