Ophthy vs derm: which is more ideal for private practice logistically?

I'm not asking you guys which field is more interesting or which one will yield more satisfaction. What I'm curious is which one would be easier to open a private practice, eg. in terms of obtaining and maintaining equipment, finding qualified assistants and personnel, rate of malpractice suits, salary/hour ratio, etc.

I must imagine equipment needed will be $$$ for both b/c they both use laser machines? Which one would be more?

Bottom line: which field allows less headache private practice lifestyle?
