I know there are a few posts commenting on the job market in Orange County, CA--however, these are now 2+ years old. Curious to hear how things currently are. Specifically interested in private practice groups. I know recently the group that covers Saddleback/Long Beach did not get their contract renewed and a private equity has moved in. From what I've heard, it seems like the other private practice groups have hired aggressively in the last couples of years resulting in fewer if any new hires. Any information that could shed light on the current OC market/hiring needs would be much appreciated!

On a related note, anyone have insight into the area around OC/LA/IE? Like the 3 Southwest Healthcare facilities around Temecula and Anesthesia Works (formerly IAMG)? Or Kaiser Fontana?

What is Vituity exactly? They have like 20:1 ratio of posts on gaswork vs any other listing, with hospitals all over CA. I thought it was PE or recruitment agency.

Google “vituity” . Just a rebranded Comcast/xfinity cable system. I’ve explained who they are in many posts. Just a name change after a couple of acquisitions.
