Orange County PIC Salary

It looks like the average retail pharmacy manager in Orange County is $137,000 per year per salary.com. I was just wondering if there is anyone with some real life data points.

Also, how negotiable do you think salary is given our current state of the market? Salaries have decreased for the past two years for new grads getting hired. Last year 58/hr to start, this year 55/hr with my company in CA.

I was offered in the low 60/hr as PIC for one of the big 3 chains, and 56/hr as PIC for one of the smaller grocery store chains in LA and San Diego.

You won't be able to do any negotiating considering that you are just out of school, and the market in SoCal is saturated.
