Do you guys have any tips for succeeding in Ochem lab? Lab report, post lab, etc.

CU Boulder's Organic Chem page has nice simplified explanations of experiments and pictures of the general set-ups. It's been more useful to me than my textbook.

Find out your TA's office hours, and arrange your schedule so that you can draft lab reports before the office hours. Bring your lab reports and ask for help. If your TA doesn't look over lab reports beforehand, still go to office hours, but find out what your TA looks for.
